What is Dych and how does it work?

Here you will find everything you need to know about our subscriptions.

Dych is the new way to have an e-bike. Buying a vehicle is a thing of the past, especially given all the expenses that owning a vehicle entails.

With Dych you will have the e-bike you like most for the time you want, and when you want to change it, you can do so without problems.

It's all included in the monthly subscription fee. This means you only have to think about riding; We take care of all expenses, except charging.

What does the monthly fee include?

With Dych everything is covered and you can enjoy your vehicle to the full. It's all included in a single fee: insurance, maintenance, taxes, inspection... You just have to worry about charging!

What is the minimum subscription duration?

The time spent in Dych is flexible and depends on the e-bike and the type of subscription purchased. It can be 3,6,9 or 12 months.

Once the minimum contractual duration expires, if you do not want to renew, you will have to cancel your subscription 15 days in advance of the scheduled renewal date.

Failure to comply with the minimum duration implies a penalty corresponding to the remaining months of the contract.

How is the e-Bike delivered?

Once your subscription is approved, we will inform you when your e-bike is ready and will schedule a drop off or pick up date with you.

The only person who can pick up the e-bike is the person who holds the e-bike subscription. The person must present documentation provided and previously approved by Dych to be able to receive the e-bike. (driving license and identity document).

Do I have to take care of e-bike maintenance?

Vehicle maintenance

The maintenance of your ebike is included in the price, so you can rest assured! You won't have to worry about anything.

Our staff keeps a log for each e-bike and will notify you when a service needs to be done. We can then arrange an appointment with a bike shop and get your e-bike checked and cleaned.

What to do in case of accident or breakdown?

Can I change my e-Bike?

You can change your e-bike after the minimum contract period has passed.
